Properties Currently for Sale

Seller's of the above properties are investors and have never occupied the properties. Therefore, the seller will not provide a property disclosure statement for the property due to the unknown. Seller knows of no adverse condition to the property unless otherwise disclosed. Buyer is hereby notified this is an "As Is" sale and is advised the purchasers obtain a Home Inspection from a licensed and diligent home inspector of their choice. By reason of the foregoing, the undersigned purchasers do hereby agree to waive, release and forfeit and any and all claims, suits, damages or other actions at law or equity for losses of any kind of nature, which may indemnify the seller and the listing brokerage and to hold harmless from all such claims, losses, damages or suits of any kind or nature, and do further expressly release the aforementioned from any and all liability absolutely and forever.
